I have the same problem and did the disc error check suggested above, but it did not help. I downloaded the file and put it in several places, but when I tell MS Office to look for it where i put it the response is "Not a valid location" and then it shuts down. It wants the file to be in some specific location, but doesn't say where that location is!!!!
I put it in the Windows/system 32 folder plus a couple of other locations as well but all of them got the same response. Very frustrating when the repair program needs to be repaired in order to be used!!!!
